Celebrity weddings are on a spree! Recently Four More Shots Please actor Maanvi Gagroo got hitched with comedian-actor Kumar Varun. The couple took to their respective Instagram handles to post the recent life update on Thursday and further added that their have made it “official in every way”. The wedding was a private affair amidst the presence of close friends and family.
For her grand day, the actress chose not to ditch the conventional red and wore a cadmium red sari by designer Shantanu Goenka. The sari has a net base, embellished with floral resham applique embroidery which she paired with a sleeveless blouse. Interestingly, the color of her outfit complemented well with her skin tone adding to it her light rosy makeup bulked up the look thoroughly.
In cue of the makeup preferences chosen by actors like Alia Bhatt and Kiara Advani and Athiya Shetty, Maanvi Gagroo too resorted to a minimalistic look with no heavy bulky makeup look. Dwelling on a very light base, she opted for a delicate smoky eye look, filled-in eyebrows, creamy lip color topped with the brodal glow and charm.
She tied her hair loose and underwent a plain blowout. The actor contrasted her second look well with a dupatta of similar fabric paired with green and gold maang tikka, which twinned well with her traditional polki choker. The actress embraced her red and gold chudas on both hands and the traditional dejhoor, upkeeping her Kashmiri culture.
Maanvi’s look served as a trendsetter with no over-the-top elements for the big day. A classic style statement for the season indeed.
