Kangana Ranaut will soon be seen playing late actress and great politician Jayalalitha in her biopic. Earlier, the reports were Vidya Balan will play a lead role in the film but then Kangana Ranaut got finalized for the role. There is a specific reason how Vidya missed out the film.
If reports are to be believed, makers fired Vidya Balan from the film because she used to ask too many questions. According to the media reports, Vidya was very curious about her character in the film and she used to ask so many questions about it. This bothered filmmakers and they signed Kangana Ranaut on the recommendation of Vijayendra Prasad. Both Vijayendra Prasad and Kangana had worked together in the film Manikarnika.
Apart from Jayalalitha’s biopic, Kangana is also working in the upcoming films Mental Hai Kya also starring Rajkumar Rao, Panga also starring Neena Gupta, Richa Chadha and Jassi Gill, Teju and Divine Lovers also starring Irrfan Khan
On the other hand, Vidya Balan will share screen with superstar Thala Ajith in Pink remake in South. She will also be seen in Akshay Kumar’s space movie Mission Mangal, Chand Bhai also starring Akshay Khanna and Shakuntla Devi.
