Mona Singh, who portrays the character of Aamir Khan’s mother in ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’, as of late talked about her experience filming for the movie, its box office performance and more.

In a recent interaction with a news portal, Mona said that the overall experience has been very overwhelming. The actress likewise shared that she is happy with all the appreciation she has been receiving from all quarters. Mona also recalled that while the filming of the movie was complete and it was edited, Aamir called her to tell her how good she is in the movie. As indicated by her, this is what an actor wants eventually. You want that validation and it’s pouring in big time.

Talking about the movie performance, Mona said that she doesn’t understand the number game. She added that this is the 3rd movie of her life and whoever has seen the movie has only good things to say about it and that is what she takes from it. The actress doesn’t want to think about the short-term things like how much money it made. She is a part of a movie which will be remembered for a very long time, Mona told Hindustan Times.
