His full name is Navdeep Amarjeet Saini. He was born on 23 November 1992 in Karnal, Haryana. Navdeep’s father Amarjeet Singh Saini was a government driver employed with the government of Haryana. His grandfather Karam Singh, was an Azad Hind Fauj soldier founded by Subhas Chandra Bose. Navdeep’s mother is a homemaker and he has two siblings a brother and a sister. He follows Sikhism.
Becoming a professional cricketer was his childhood dream. Navdeep first appeared in the trials of KPL (Karnal Premier League) tournament and spotted for his excellent performance. He later played for India A against New Zealand A.

He did his schooling from a local school in Karnal and then graduated in B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology) in Computer Science Engineering. He did his engineering from Kurukshetra University, Haryana.

Dometic Career
Navdeep made his debut in Twenty20 on 2 January 2016 in Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. In 2017, he was bought by the Delhi Daredevils team for Rs 10 lakhs in Indian Premier League. In IPL 2018, he was bought by the Royal Challengers Bangalore for whopping 3 crores.
Navdeep played in Ranji Trophy (2017-2018) and Vijay Hazare Trophy (2018-2019). In October 2018, he played for India C’s squad for the 2018–19 Deodhar Trophy.
International Career
He made his T20I debut against the West Indies on 3 August 2019. He took three wickets from his four overs in two consecutive deliveries. He bowled a wicket-maiden in the last over of the innings and was named the man of the match.
