Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna’s love story is amazing. Some things of their nature are completely opposite from each other. Yet both are leading happy lives. Some of the stories of Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna are very interesting. For example, Twinkle once told Akshay Kumar that if he did not do good films, she would not carry another child. Only after this did Akshay Kumar change the style of doing films and today he is the most expensive artist of Bollywood. This was revealed by Akshay Kumar himself in the show Koffee with Karan.
Akshay Kumar told how his life has changed completely with the arrival of Twinkle Khanna. In the same show, Twinkle revealed that while she was dating Akshay, he gave her a paperweight on the occasion of her birthday. Akshay Kumar said, I forgot Twinkle’s birthday and then when I realized, there was no time to go somewhere and buy a gift. I had a paperweight at home, so I quickly wrapped it up and gave it as a gift. Twinkle did not like this and asked for the same paperweight shaped diamond.
A case was filed in 2009 against Akshay and Twinkle for publicly indulging in obscenity during a fashion week. On Koffee with Karan, Twinkle had revealed the story behind the case and told how she got out on Rs 500 bail.
Twinkle had told that Akshay invited her to the fashion show and just before the show started she got a call, in which Akshay told her that he would stop in front of her during the show and he would have to take off her jeans. Akshay did the same despite Twinkle refusing. Akshay and Twinkle were at Rashtrapati Bhavan the next day, where they were getting Padma Shri, at the same time a message came from Twinkle’s mother that the police were searching for her and a warrant was issued for her arrest.
Twinkle told how Akshay got out of it, but her name is still attached to the case. In the court, Akshay’s lawyer said, “My client was standing there, this woman beat him up and opened his button.” I am out on 500 rupees bail.
