The famous and hottest producer Prerna Arora who co-produced films like Pad-Man, Rustom, Fanney Khan, Parmanu, Pari etc is spending life behind the bars for 3 months now. She was arrested in a cheating case in December 2018. She suffered a setback after she failed to repay the film financers and got accused of duping filmmakers of money.
She made a fraud of crores of money, landing herself, her mother and partner Arjun N Kapoor in jail. Her production company KriArj Entertainment shutting down on December 8, last year. Police’s Economic Offence’s Wing (ECW) made so many allegations and explosive claims against her.
Now the latest reports revealed that Prerna’s bail application was rejected by the Session’s Court after finding shocking pieces of evidence in the charge sheet, finally, her cheating has exposed and shockingly she made a fraud of huge amounts that she had taken from film financers for her own personal expenses.
The 1, 176-page documentary also mentions about her fake identity with multiple passports and documents with different birthdates – 1979, 1983, 1986. After she got mired in the cheating case, her partners cut ties with her. Now they have decided to start the shoot of their films without Prerna. She is imprisoned in Byculla jail, Mumbai.
