    Pakistan Army Reacts After The Death Of CDS Bipin Rawat

    After the death of India’s Chief of Defense Staff General Bipin Rawat, his wife and many brave soldiers of India in a helicopter crash, the whole world is in shock and different reactions are coming from all over the world. Condolences poured in from across the world over the sudden death of Chief of Defense Staff General Bipin Rawat in a helicopter crash in Tamil Nadu. The CDS, his wife Madhulika Rawat and 11 others were killed when an Indian Air Force (IAF) chopper crashed near Coonoor in the southern state’s Nilgiris district.

    America expressed grief

    After the official information about the death of CDS Bipin Rawat came to light, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken has expressed grief by tweeting. Antony Blinken said in his tweet that, “My deepest condolences on the death of Indian Chief of Defense Staff General Rawat, his wife and colleagues who died in today’s tragic accident. We will remember General Rawat as an extraordinary leader who served his country and contributed to the US-India defense relationship.

    Meanwhile, in a statement, the US envoy to India called General Rawat a “strong friend and partner of the United States” and condoled his death. The US envoy said, “The US Embassy expresses its deepest condolences to the Rawat family and the families of those killed in the tragic helicopter crash in Tamil Nadu. As India’s first Chief of Defense Staff, General Rawat led a historic period of transformation in the Indian Army. He was a strong friend and partner of the United States of America, overseeing a major expansion of India’s defense cooperation with the US military.

    Russia expressed condolences

    Russian envoy to India Nikolay Kudashev said that he is saddened by India’s grief in this time of crisis. Russian envoy Kudashev tweeted, “Deeply saddened about the sudden demise of General Bipin Rawat, Mrs Madhulika Rawat and 11 other officers in a helicopter crash today. India has lost its great patriot and dedicated hero. The Russian envoy said in a tweet that, “Russia has lost a very close friend who has played a big role in promoting our bilateral special and privileged strategic partnership. We are with India in this hour of grief. Goodbye friend! Goodbye, Commander!

    Pakistan Army Reaction

    After the death of General Rawat, the Pakistan Army has also paid tribute to General Rawat by tweeting from its official Twitter handle. The Pakistan Army wrote in its tweet that, “General Nadeem Raza, General Qamar Javed Bajwa and COAS (Chief of the Army Staff) CDS General Bipin Rawat, his wife and others killed during a helicopter crash in India on the unfortunate death of Expresses sentiments. Not only the Pakistani army, but many journalists of Pakistan and many Pakistanis have also expressed grief over the death of General Bipin Rawat and other soldiers.
