Rajkummar Rao as of late recalled getting the sad news of his mom passing away when he was filming for ‘Newton’ through his girlfriend Patralekhaa.

Rajkummar also said that the flight back home was hard for him and he needed to return to the set the very next day. Rajkummar additionally proceeded to say that his mom took pride in her son being an actor.
On their wedding day, Rajkummar made a shrine for his late parents and Patralekhaa’s dad. The actor lost his mom Kamlesh Yadav in 2016 and his dad Satyapal Yadav in 2019. Patralekhaa lost her father in 2021.
