Bollywood actor Rajpal Yadav was sentenced to three months in jail by the Delhi High Court in 2018. Actor-comedian Rajpal Yadav was accused of not being able to repay the loan. Rajpal Yadav’s film company Shri Naurang Godavari Entertainment had taken a loan of Rs 5 crore from a Delhi based company. After which the Delhi based company had filed a case against Rajpal Yadav alleging that he could not repay the loan. The actor had taken money to make his directorial debut in ‘Ata Pata Lapata’ in 2010. On the other hand, Rajpal Yadav has now expressed his pain over being jailed in this case. He explained why he has not talked about it for 15 years.
Rajpal Yadav has made a name for himself on the strength of his brilliant performances in films. On the other hand, when he was sentenced to jail, everyone was shocked. Speaking to Times Now recently, Rajpal Yadav said, “I have not spoken in my defense even once in 15 years, I do not think negatively. I don’t know who is negative and who is positive. But I know my work, where there is work there is karma. It has done his deeds since the start. I no longer want to carry the burden of yesterday. Let people do what they do. If my work is liked then definitely it will go ahead’.
He said- ‘Like every day, the rays of the sun are also different, so is Rajpal Yadav. He is known for his creativity and is loved by the audience. I have received a lot of love and I am very happy ‘.
