Sushant Singh Rajput’s father KK Singh has lodged an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty at the police station of Rajiv Nagar in Patna. KK Singh has made many serious allegations against Sushant’s girlfriend Rhea including abetting the actor to suicide. Sushant’s father has said that he does not trust the Mumbai Police’s investigation. Therefore, Patna Police should investigate this matter. At the same time, Rhea wants the investigation to be done in Mumbai. Now Riya has moved the Supreme Court on Wednesday regarding the FIR. She has filed a petition in the court seeking transfer of the case to Mumbai.
Rhea Chakraborty’s lawyer Satish Manashinde said, “A petition has been filed in the Supreme Court. The petition demanded transfer of the investigation of Sushant Singh Rajput case to Mumbai. Also, the petition states that investigation is already underway in this case. Police in two places cannot investigate a case. The petition states that Rhea wants to cooperate in the investigation.”
Sushant’s father has filed a case against Rhea under sections 341, 342, 380, 406, 420, 306 of IPC. He has accused Rhea of abetting Sushant to suicide, keeping him away from his family and grabbing the actor’s money. He also said that Sushant had no mental problem before 2019. After coming in contact with Rhea, what happened is that he faced such a problem, it should be investigated.
