On Tuesday, actress Rupali Ganguly posted a video of the Sarabhai vs. Sarabhai team reunion to her Instagram account. Snippets of four team members—Satish Shah as Indravadhan, Rupali Ganguly as Monisha, Rajesh Kumar as Rosesh, and Ratna Pathak Shah as Maya—can be seen in the video eating at the Tori restaurant in Mumbai. The four are shown dining, relaxing, taking pictures, and having fun in the film.

Rajesh Kumar posted the video with ‘Jaane Kyun’ as the background track.

Rupali Ganguly is now occupied with “Anupamaa,” one of the top rated programmes on Indian television right now.

The comedy programme debuted in 2004 but was cancelled after barely 1.5 years. Deven Bhojani and Sumeet Raghavan both played significant roles in the production. The show focused on the lifestyle of an upper-class family living in a posh neighbourhood in Mumbai. The majority of the humour in the episode comes from Maya’s interactions with her middle-class daughter-in-law.

The show also features Ila, Indravadhan’s sister, and Madhusudhan, her deaf husband.

Even the second season of the programme was released exclusively digitally in 2017. Only ten episodes made up the second season.
