The series fundamentally follows the tale of Tanya Degurechaff, a 9 year old orphan girl who is the main protagonist of the story and was likewise originally a Japanese salesman who was murdered in 2013 for having insulated God, and in the moment of his sudden demise, therefore, he was reborn as a girl living in the alternative version of Europe during the late inter-war period.
