Shah Rukh Khan and Amitabh Bachchan, two Bollywood icons, are reuniting on screen. Only this time, their partnership was for a TV commercial rather than a film. Shah Rukh just joined the TVC, which is for a brand of spices that older Bachchan has been advertising for a while.
As he waits to eat biryani, Shah Rukh can be seen dancing about his vanity vehicle at the start of the TVC. But as soon as he exits his vanity vehicle, he is surrounded by photographers. He says that Big B is in the following vanity vehicle to get away from them. “Udhar jaiye, Amit ji hain vahan (Go there, there is Amit ji there).” “Arre udhar jaiye, Shah Rukh Khan, superstar, superstar (Go there, Shah Rukh Khan),” he then tells others.
Shah Rukh Khan then calls Amitabh Bachchan, “super se bhi uppar star“. The veteran then identifies his co-star as “dillon ki dhadkan (everyone’s heartbeat).”
However, when neither succeeds in avoiding the media, they both yell “Alia” and gesture in separate locations. As a result, the paparazzi rush to capture pictures of Alia Bhatt, giving SRK and Big B the opportunity to flee to their separate automobiles.
This is the second time recently that Shah Rukh has alluded to Alia Bhatt’s fame. He was heard addressing Nayanthara last week in the Jawan movie teaser that he wants Alia Bhatt but can’t have her whilst she is younger than him.
A fan wrote, “Isse dekh kar kabhi khusi kabhi gham ki yaad aa gayi😅 (This reminded me of Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham).” Another added, “Ye hoti hai ad! (This is what is called an ad).” A comment added, “Superb! Amitab and Sharukh🎉🎉🎉.”
