Arjun Rampal has been one of the most handsome heroes of the Bollywood. He debuted in 2001 with Pyar Ishaq Aur Mohabbat. Even after giving some notable films he didn’t able to make a career of a superstar. He started losing films but in 2006 he got a supporting role in the film Don starring Priyanka Chopra, Shah Rukh Khan and Isha Kopikar. In an interview, Arjun thanked Shah Rukh Khan to lift up his career.
They became close friends and started hanging out together. Their wives also belonged to the same star wives club. So naturally close friends happen to work together. Shah Rukh Khan then decided to make film Ra.One under his production house in 2011. He chose close buddy Arjun for the role of a powerful villain in the film.
Now, it is a common knowledge that movies do take a different shape at the editing table. So, in that process, Arjun’s lot of shots were chopped and edited. But Shahrukh retained some of Priyanka’s (his then very special friend) part and gave more prominence to her. When the film got released, Arjun was shocked to see his minuscule role as compared to Priyanka. This raged him and there was a lot of bad mouthing between them. This fight ended up in breaking their friendship. Now they don’t like to see each other.
