According to the information, a case was registered by Lucknow Police against Shilpa and her mother Sunanda Shetty in the case of cheating in the name of giving franchisee of IOSIS Wellness Center. Now the police has sent a notice in this regard. In which many types of questions have been asked to Shilpa and her mother Sunanda.
Recently, two FIRs were registered against both of them at Vibhutikhand police station in Lucknow. The police has registered this FIR on the complaint of Jyotsna Chauhan, who took the franchisee of Iosis Wellness Center in Lucknow.
According to the complaint lodged by Jyotsna Chauhan, he rented a shop in Rohtash Presidential, Vibhutikhand, Lucknow in April 2019. In the same time the wellness center was started. Jyotsna revealed that when she talked about the agreement with Shilpa’s company, everyone started avoiding it. In the name of calling Shilpa for the inauguration of the centre, Rs 11 lakh more was demanded from her.
Later, a product with a market value of 5 thousand was sold to her for 15 thousand. Jyotsna told that after a few days the employees of the company themselves occupied the entire center. After which she filed the case. 1 crore 69 lakhs have been recovered from them in the name of wellness center.
Went home for questioning
Lucknow Police has come to Mumbai to interrogate Shilpa and her mother in this matter. At the same time, when the police reached Shilpa’s house for questioning, she was not present there. After which the police handed over a notice to Shilpa’s manager.
On Tuesday, BBD outpost in-charge Ajay Shukla had reached Mumbai to interrogate the actress. But due to Shilpa not getting it, her manager has been given a notice. Along with this, a reply has been called from him in three days. Police will also interrogate manager Kiran Baba and he has also been given notice.

Significantly, Shilpa Shetty’s husband Raj Kundra is currently in police custody. Raj Kundra is accused of making a porn film. Raj Kundra was arrested on 19 July. They are in police custody since then. In this case too, the police has questioned Shilpa Shetty. At the same time, Shilpa may have to appear before the Lucknow Police in the coming days.
