Shilpa Shetty became a daughter’s mother through surrogacy in February this year. In an interview, she spoke in great detail about adopting surrogacy for the birth of a daughter. She said I got an autoimmune disease called APLA (Antiphospholipid antibodies) and whenever I was pregnant, the disease became active. Due to this, many times I got a miscarriage.

There was a time when I tried to adopt a child but that too could not be possible. I waited for four years and then took the path of surrogacy by becoming an irritant.

Shilpa shetty’s daughter Sameesha was born on 15 February, 2020 but she shared the news of the birth of the girl on 21 February on the occasion of Maha Shivaratri. After this, Shilpa had told in an interview that she had always wanted a daughter and she had thought of her name 21 years ago.
