After Pakistan got defeated from India in World Cup 2019 match on June 16, 2019, Sania Mirza got brutally trolled. She often gets trolled as she is married to Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik.
A video was also surfaced on the internet after Pakistan lost the match against India, showcasing Sania Mirza along with her 9 months old son Izhaan and husband Shoaib Malik and other cricketers at a Sheesha Bar. Sheesha, an oriental tobacco pipe, could be “hazardous” for the child, Veena Malik commented.
After this video, Sania Mirza along with the whole Pakistani team gets brutally trolled. But Pakistani pacer Shoaib Akhtar and Virender Sehwag said nobody has the right to question players’ families if the team did not do well on the field. He said, “She is so unlucky that whatever she does she gets unnecessary criticism from either Pakistan or India and that too for no rhyme or reason. If Pakistan loses a match she is targeted because her husband plays for Pakistan.”
Virender Sehwag, who joined Shoaib Akhtar on his YouTube channel said nobody had the right to talk about players’ personal lives if the team did not do well. He said, “I don’t think you can connect personal life to their professional careers. No one has the right(to do that). Sania Mirza and Malik where they go, what they eat and where they go.. no one can interfere there. It is his (Malik’s) life.. he has to prepare himself for an India-Pakistan match and it is his wish how he wants to prepare… let him prepare anyway he wants to.”
