Indian actor Imran has quit acting and the news for the same was confirmed by one of his closest friends Akshay Oberoi.
Many of us know that Indian actor Imran Khan, the nephew of Aamir was seen in many big films like Mere Brother Ki Dulhan, Jane Tu Ya Jane Na, Katti Batti, Delhi Belly, I hate Luv, among others. He made a kickass debut in 2008 with the film Jaane Tu… Ya Jaane Na, but was last seen in Katti Batti opposite Kangana Ranaut released in 2015. Not only this he also made his directorial debut with a short film titled Mission Mars: Keep Walking India. But as per the recent updates about the actor that left us shocking is that Imran has quit acting and the news for the same was confirmed by one of his closest friends Akshay Oberoi.
In the latest interview with Navbharat Times, he told “My best friend in Bollywood is Imran Khan, who is no longer an actor because he has quit acting. Imran is my closest friend, whom I can get up at 4 am and call. I and Imran have been with each other for almost 18 years, we studied acting together at Kishore Acting School in Andheri West.” Adding further he said “See, Imran Khan has left acting at the moment. As far as I know, there is a better writer and director inside Imran, I do not know when he will direct his film himself, I am not going to put any pressure, but as a friend, I think so he will direct his film soon. Also, when Imran directs, I know he will make a wonderful film because his sensibility and understanding of cinema are very high.”
Talking further about his personal life let us tell you that he recently made headlines for his relationship with his wife Avantika. As per the information, it was being told that he got separated from his wife Avantika Malik. But it seems that it was a rumor as Avantika’s mother Vandana had rubbished the reports. Saying that the information has been surfaced is completely baseless, there is no such thing that happened, however, she stated that there are differences, that can be later sorted out. Talking about the reports related to divorce she refuting the statement and said that Imraan and Avantika got married in 2011 and have a daughter called Imara. And there is no chance for them to get divorced.
