Bigg Boss is one of the most watched and successful reality shows on TV and it has had 15 hit seasons. In the last season, Tejasswi Prakash was the winner of the show, whereas Pratik was the first runner-up. Bigg Boss 15 started with a bang and was doing good on the TRP charts however after a couple of weeks, it dropped down, and then the show failed to make it to the rating chart. Tejasswi, Karan, Shamita, Nishant, Pratik, Jay, Umar, and Simba are the same names that grabbed many headlines in the last season.
The makers are returning with a new season of Bigg Boss 16. The preparation is on and they have already approached many celebs for the new season.
TellyChakkar earlier reported that Arjun Bijlani, Sanaya Irani, Shiny Ahuja, and Divyanka Tripathi were amongst the few celebs who have been approached for the show.
According to TellyChakkar, the sources said, Indian Idol contestant Farmani Naaz was offered the show and she has nearly agreed to the show. She will be the 2nd affirmed contender after Munawar Faruqui.
Farmani Naaz was a contestant on Indian Idol and as of late she was in controversy for being a Muslim and singing a bhajan song which became a point of discussion on social media.
Post that the makers approached her for the show and things at last worked out.
