Earlier several political leaders and film personalities, including BJP MP Manoj Tiwari, had demanded a CBI inquiry. Now, former Cabinet Minister Subramanian Swamy also came in support of it.
After the death of Sushant Singh who died at his Bandra house in Mumbai on the 14th of June by committing suicide. People were hailed. Even after three weeks of his death netizens are talking about Sushant. Since they believe that he cannot do so, as he was a young energetic and Lively actor. Keeping this point in view people are continuously demanding CBI inquiry. So far the police have recorded the statement of 34 people in Sushant Singh’s case. While the Mumbai police continue the investigation of the Sushant Singh Rajput suicide case, There is good news for his fans.
Now there is news that the former Cabinet Minister Subramanian Swamy has also demanded CBI inquiry. Subramanian Swamy said on Twitter that he has instructed Ishkaran Singh Bhandari, lawyer, and political analyst, to look into the matter and find out if the case is fit for a CBI investigation. Taking to his twitter account Subramanian Swamy wrote “I have asked Ishkaran to look into facts of Sushant Singh Rajput death case & see whether it’s a fit Case for CBI investigation. Then accordingly to see justice is done. For Updates follow @ishkarnBHANDARI”
He further wrote “Presently in the Sushant Rajput case, Ishkaran is looking to see if Sections 306 and/or 308 of India Penal Code read with Article 21 of the Constitution is applicable. That is, whether accepting the Police version of it being a suicide, was the Actor driven to it?
After the step taken by him, Actress-turned-BJP MP Roopa Ganguly tweeted saying thanks to him.
About Sushant’s Case
Let us tell you that after Sushant’s death there was a rage among the people. And since then they are demanding for CBI inquiry. A petition for the case against Karan Johar Salman Khan Ekta Kapoor and Sanjay Leela Bhansali was also filed by Bihar Court by advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha barely three days after the death of the actor. However, the petition was dismissed later.
