Former pornstar and Bollywood actress Sunny Leone is once again in the news not for her some sexy picture this time. She recently gets accused of not returning Rs 5 lakh signing amount by Patel Ki Punjabi Shaadi producer Bharat Patel.
This film was released in the year 2015. Sunny Leone was supposed to do an item number in the film. However, due to some reasons, the idea was dropped later. In his statement to a leading website, producer Bharat has said that, “According to the deal, Sunny was supposed to be paid a total of Rs 40 lakh for the song – Rs 5 lakh as signing amount, Rs 5 lakh after the look test, Rs 10 lakh during the rehearsals and the remaining Rs 10 lakh during the promotions. Sunny was paid Rs 5 lakh as the signing amount but after that when she was called to discuss the dates with the other actors and the other details that needed to be finalised before the shoot, she did not respond to the production team’s calls and messages”.
A legal notice was also slapped to the actress by the producer in the year 2017, after 2 years of the film release in order to get the signing amount back. But there was no any response showed to the notice by Sunny’s side.
When asked from the sources close to Sunny Leone, they revealed a whole new story. If they are to be believed, there was a lot of back and forth on the shoot dates and the makers of the movie kept changing the dates. This made Sunny Leone allot her dates to other film projects.
