Now it is being told that his family is coming forward in this case. On Tuesday Sushant’s father, KK Singh has registered an FIR against Riya Chakraborty. The actress is accused of inciting Sushant to Suicide. And the case has been booked under IPC Section 306 (Abetment of suicide) including other sections as well for Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property.
