Bollywood actress and former beauty queen Sushmita Sen is the mother of two daughters. In 2000, she adopted Renee and in 2010 she adopted Alisah. Recently during a chat show, Sushmita Sen revealed that she how she told her daughters that she is not their real mother and they are adopted.
Sushmita said she told them through playing a game. They were playing opposite each other in this game. She said adopted and biological, on this Renee replied, is she adopted? Sushmita answered yes, biological is boring. The actress said to her daughter that she is special as she’s born from the heart. After that, Renee innocently started asking others if you are biological you are boring. Sushmita said the game’s magic worked on both of them.
Sushmita also revealed that when Renee turned 16, she said to her that if she wanted to search for her biological parents she can do it. She can also search for their names in the court but Renee refused to do it. 43 years old Sushmita is unmarried. At the age of 25, she adopted her daughter Renee in 2000. She raised her well as a single parent. Later, in 2010 she adopted another girl child Alisah.
Born on November 19, 1975, Sushmita Sen grabbed the headlines at age 18 when she became Miss Universe in 1994. She was the first Miss Universe from India. She debuted in Bollywood in 1996 with film Dastak. She has worked in a number of films.
