Sushant’s death case has taken a new turn after his father Kk Singh filed a complaint against Rhea Chakraborthy. Soon after the FIR was filed against her. Actress Rhea made a request to transfer her case to the Mumbai police. According to the statement made by her, she stated that since from the beginning the Maharastra police is dealing with the case and therefore she wants that the case should be handled by them.

As per the latest updates, now-Supreme Court is all set to hear rhea Chakraborty’s plea seeking transfer of the case filed by Sushant Singh Rajput’s father from Patna to Mumbai. SC has also said that it will give 3 days’ time to the Maharashtra government and the police to provide the details of their investigation they have done so far. There are also reports that there would protection to Rhea Chakraborty from coercive action.
Solicitor General Tushar Mehta keeping his view said that the case should make a center party and then proceed with this case. After this Justice, Roy giving a concern to Sushant’s case said that the Mumbai police have to give details about the investigations done so far. And have to submit it in 3 days. He also said that the Central Bureau of Investigation had accepted the Bihar government’s request for a probe by the Central agency.
On the other hand, Justice Hrishikesh Roy has also questioned Mumbai police about the quarantining of the IPS officer from Patna, Bihar. Justice Roy asked the officials to ensure everything was done in a professional manner.
Continuing further a complaint has now been filed in the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) demanding a ‘fair probe’ into the late actor’s death. The complaint has been filed under “The Protection of Human Rights Act, 1993” citing sections 14, Section 17, and Section 37 demanding a thorough investigation into the ‘unnatural death’ of Sushant.
