Air raid sirens roared in the capital city of Kyiv after the issuance of the authorities in Ukraine. This has been issued in not just Kyiv but across different states in Ukraine on Monday. This decision has been laid post the massive premeditated drone attack on Kyiv and the surrounding area.
Anonymous Ukrainian social media reports mentioned that the alert have been proclaimed after two large-scale strategic bombers from Russia. However, Reuters have not yet been in the position to verify the exact situation over the Ukrainian capital.
Ukrainian military shot down 30 drone fired from the Russian side on Monday. Kyiv’s administration added on Telegram: “The enemy is attacking the capital with ‘Shahed’ barrage ammunition. Air defence is at work.”
