The time is running out before 2023 ends. Bollywood has seen significant transformation in the last year, with a number of very successful films and performers. As we anxiously anticipate the arrival of 2024, let’s take a look at some of the up-and-coming talents poised to make waves in the glitzy entertainment industry.
1. Ibrahim Ali Khan
The much awaited debut of Ibrahim Ali Khan, the son of Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh, in Bollywood is almost here. Produced by Dharma Productions, Sarzameen is a spectacular action thriller starring Kajol and Prithviraj Sukumaran. The fact that Kayoz Irani, the famous actor Boman Irani’s son, is directing the movie, further heightens the anticipation.
It’s interesting to note that the Bollywood actor known as Jr. Nawab already had a second film project in the works before his first. This next movie, which Kunal Deshmukh is directing, is a love drama with the working title Diler. In addition, Iggy will be acting in a romantic comedy film directed by Karan Johar with Khushi Kapoor. Filming on the film, which has Shauna Gautam directing, is scheduled to begin in 2019.
“It’s being planned as a direct-to-digital project to be produced by his digital wing, Dharmatics. The film will go on floors next year and will be directed by Shauna Gautam. The makers are in talks with a leading OTT player for streaming rights,” a source mentioned to news agency Pinkvilla.
2. Rasha Thadani and Aaman Devgan
The next on the list is Aaman Devgan, the nephew of Ajay Devgn and Kajol, and Rasha Thadani, the daughter of Bollywood star Raveena Tandon. The newcomer to Bollywood will feature in a picture helmed by Abhishek Kapoor. Ajay Devgn will play a major part in the action-adventure movie. The movie is scheduled to debut on February 9, 2024, of the following year.
3. Shanaya Kapoor
The highly anticipated release of Shanaya Kapoor’s huge Bollywood debut film Bedhadak, starring Gurfateh Pirzada and Lakshya Lalwani, is scheduled for next year. In addition, Karan Johar and Disney+Hotstar are shortly to collaborate on a web series based on the third iteration of the Student of the Year franchise. Shanaya Kapoor, the daughter of Sanjay and Maheep Kapoor, will be featured on SOTY 3 this time.
She will also be making her PAN India debut in the epic action entertainer Vrushabha, starring opposite Roshann Meka. 4. Pashmina Roshan
Last but not least is Pashmina Roshan, the daughter of Rajesh Roshan and cousin of Hithik Roshan. One of the most popular young stars on social media will soon be the main attraction in the follow-up to the 2003 movie Ishq Vishk starring Shahid Kapoor and Amrita Rao. The actress had officially announced the film’s title, Ishq Vishk Rebound, on social media earlier this year.
Furthermore, she has already starred in her second movie, The Cat. Tiger Shroff will then be spotted with the famous child.
