Today has been two months since the death of Sushant Singh Rajput. Significantly, on 14 June 2020, his dead body was found in a flat in Bandra, Mumbai. In the initial investigation, the Mumbai police had described it as a suicide. Even in the post mortem report, the cause of Sushant’s death was written as ‘suffocation‘. However, many people were not satisfied with this investigation. In such a situation, everyone started demanding a CBI inquiry in Sushant case. A few days ago, the Supreme Court has approved the CBI investigation in Sushant case.
On the other hand, #CBIforSSR is trending on social media. It started when Shweta Kirti Singh, sister of Sushant Singh Rajput, demanded a justice and CBI inquiry for her brother through a video. After this, many people from Kangana Ranaut to Kriti Sanon and Ankita Lokhande came in support of it. However none of the stars of Bollywood Star Kids supported this demand. Meanwhile, Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan won the hearts of all by supporting the CBI investigation in Sushant case.
Actually, Varun Dhawan has recently shared a story on his official Instagram account. In it, he has supported the demand of CBI investigation for Sushant using #CBIforSSR hashtag. Varun Dhawan is the son of Bollywood’s famous film director David Dhawan.
After the death of Sushant, all the fans on social media were showing anger against the Starkids and the actors promoting nepotism. It included everyone from Alia Bhatt to Jahnavi Kapoor. As a result, when Mahesh Bhatt’s daughter Alia’s ‘Sadak 2′ trailer was released, Sushant’s fans made it the fastest and most disliked trailer in that history. On the other hand, Sridevi’s daughter Jahnavi’s recently released film ‘Gunjan Saxena The Kargil Girl’ also received many negative reviews and poor Imdb ratings.
