Vicky Kaushal recently praised Taj: Divided by Blood. Vicky Kaushal. The actor praised all of the performers and the writing in the historical drama series with its setting of the Mughal Empire under Emperor Akbar. Vicky commended Naseeruddin Shah for playing Akbar in the web series and also mentioned Aditi Rao Hydari, who plays Anarkali. Vicky was originally going to play Aurangzeb in Karan Johar’s epic Takht, but that role was dropped. Ranveer Singh played Dara Shikoh, the eldest son of Shah Jahan and a kind and generous Mughal, in the movie.
Vicky shared a video message to appreciate the efforts by the entire tea, and called it “Epic! Cannot think of any other word to describe #Taj. So good.”
Vicky’s upcoming film starring Sara Ali Khan is an untitled one by Laxman Utekar. In Sam Bahadur, he also portrays Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw, a previous commander of the Indian Army.
