WhatsApp is a widely used messaging application across the globe, accounting over more than 2 billion users. As per a latest report by WABetaInfo, the platform is set to introduce new feature which would allow users to edit sent messages for up to 15 minutes which is quit identical to the edit button of iMessage app available in iOS.
The edit feature will be helpful in omitting any spelling or grammatical errors or include or modify the messages. However, the feature is under the process but was recently seen on WhatsApp beta for iOS 23.4.0.72, which was launched exclusively for the TestFlight program
The developers are also working to enable the users to edit media captions. But the edit message feature is now under development and awaited to be launched soon.
