Aman Gupta is also a Delhi boy like Piyush Bansal and Ashneer Grover, who are also investors in Shark Tank India. He was born on 4th March 1982 in Delhi and did his schooling from Delhi Public School (DPS) RK Puram in commerce stream in the year 1998. Aman was born to Jyoti Kochhar Gupta and Neeraj Gupta. He has two siblings – a brother Anmol Gupta and a sister Neha Gupta. He tied the knot with Priya Dagar in the year 2008. They have two daughters- Ada Gupta and Miraya.

After completing his schooling from DPS he took admission in B.Com in Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, University of Delhi in 1998. During her graduation days, Aman’s father suggested her to become a Chartered Accountant, and in the year 1999, she joined. ICAI CA Programme. In the middle of the program, he lost interest in CA. Despite this, he completed CA in 2022 and became one of the youngest CA in India.
After completing his CA he joined Citibank and worked as an Assistant Manager till 2005. In September 2005, Aman started a new business with his father named Advanced Telemedia Pvt Ltd. He was the CEO and co-founder of the company. When the company did not do well, his wife suggested him to do MBA. In the year 2010, he joined Indian School of Business in MBA (Finance and Strategy) programme. He was also an alumnus of the Kellogg Graduate School of Management in MBA (General MGMT & Marketing) as an exchange student.
After his MBA he worked in companies such as KPMG, where he was Senior Management Consultant (2011–2012) and Director (2012–2013) of Harman International.
