The name of Tony Ashai of Kashmiri origin is in controversy these days with Bollywood stars. Pictures of Tony along with Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan have been surfaced on social media. BJP leader Baijayant Jai Panda has raised questions on his relationship with Bollywood actors. Baijayant Panda claimed anonymity of Bollywood stars from many people in Pakistan who fund ISI. Subsequently, activist Al Iskandar from Srinagar made several tweets about Tony. He said that Tony had been a member of the Pakistan-backed terrorist group Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front. Also, many of Ashai’s tweets were said to be provocative.
According to Iskandar, Tony and Shah Rukh Khan have a business relationship. Shah Rukh Khan enlisted Tony’s help to design Los Angeles apartments and Dubai buildings. Tony and Gauri have done several projects together. Tony is using Bollywood actors for his plot.

Tony was born in Srinagar. He is a California-based architect. He studied architecture from Chandigarh. After this he settled in America. Tony is considered close to many big leaders of Pakistan. Tony has several videos of Pakistani leaders on Twitter in which he has praised him.
On the other hand, following the ongoing news in the media, Tony has given his clarification in a tweet. Tony wrote- ‘Indian media is running the story of conspiracy to be an ISI agent on me. They are baseless. I will complain against them in the US court and will have to prove the point there.’
