Who doesn’t want to build a good body… and for this some people even sweat for hours inside the gym. But, sometimes doing excessive exercise or weight lifting becomes heavy for people. Something similar happened with a female powerlifter, who was lifting weights with rods and plates weighing about 167 kg, but suddenly the balance was disturbed and a major accident happened. To help the woman, the people standing near her in the gym immediately handled her and took her to the hospital, where the doctors told the woman after the X-ray what had happened to her.

Machado further said, ‘The people standing around to help me took care of me and when my eyes fell on my arm, I saw that a bone was in a condition to penetrate my skin. I was immediately shocked and started crying in panic. I didn’t feel any pain at that time. After this I was taken to the hospital, where the doctors did my X-ray and told that my radius bone of my forearm was broken.
