It’s been a weekend and now Zayn Malik has called the grammy corrupt. So let’s know what is the reason behind it.
It seems that Zayn Malik is against Grammy now. Because his tweets that he made says it all. The 28 years old singer accused them and called them corrupt. He said that it is biased and considers only those who stay in touch with them. Infact similar views were made by Drake and The Weekend. And therefore he took to his Twitter account to share absurd comments pointing to Grammy.
He took to his Twitter account and wrote “F*** the Grammys and everyone associated. Unless you shake hands and send gifts, there are no nomination considerations. Next year I’ll send you a basket of confectionary.” While in yet another tweet he stated “My tweet was not personal or about eligibility but was about the need for inclusion and the lack of transparency of the nomination process and the space that creates and allows favoritism, racism, and networking politics to influence the voting process,”

In a statement Drake also said “I think we should stop allowing ourselves to be shocked every year by the disconnect between impactful music and these awards and just accept that what once was the highest form of recognition may no longer matter to the artists that exist now and the ones that come after. It’s like a relative you keep expecting to fix up but they just can’t change their ways,”
