Online food delivery forum Zomato averred that its Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer Gunjan Patidar had resigned from the post on Monday.
Patidar was one of the founding members of the platform and was instrumental in building the core tech systems as reported in a regulatory filing.
“Over the last ten plus years, he also nurtured a stellar tech leadership team that is capable of taking on the mantle of leading the tech function going forward. His contribution to building Zomato has been invaluable,” the company mentioned.
However there has been no reports of his reason stating the resignation yet.
Previously in November 2022, the co-founder of the venture, Mohit Gupta, had resigned. Gupta, who joined the team before four-and-half years was appointed as the CEO in 2020 of the food delivery business.
Zomato has as of now gone through major exits from the company’s core team. Rahul Ganjoo, and Siddharth Jhawar, the erstwhile vice-president and head of Intercity, and co-founder Gaurav Gupta.
